Yeah, I cannot decide on black or steel blue...
I am thinking about doing all my trim a gloss black so I'm not sure if the mirrors should be gloss black then.
Also, the flat black that they are now is kind of "civic-ish" no? But also my E21 has black mirrors...
I don't know yet...

As Jake said, I am a mechanic and was on a road trip to fix the plane right behind my car.

Here's a quick snap in my garage after I got my car home from the body shop. It looks like new again and I am stoked (and not out of pocket one cent - the shop absorbed all the costs not covered by my insurance company, probably around $600 in addition to the $7600 claim.). Premier will install a clear bra on April 12.

replaced it with a new photo from this morning when the sun wasn't shining into my garage.

Yep, I agree. I changed my order for this car as soon as I saw a topaz coupe in the flesh. How did you manage to get it on your pre-facelift sedan?

I should read the wiki more often - I didn't realize that topaz was offered on sedans for the last few months of production prior to the facelift.

New tires last Wednesday and clear corners came in the mail today! Installed them and 2 hours later noticed the radiator leaking

All well, she's still a beauty

Got some new tails!

Cleaned her up and took some noon pictures down by the Husdon River, Westcheter NY.

Looking to get new rims/tires (oem style #284) eventually by the summer, tints and either repaint the roof or wrap it under gloss black vinyl

Thanks! Actually, the lip is machined rather than chrome. The wheels also pick up the brushed trim around the windows, plus the anthracite centers are doing a decent job of masking brake dust. Even better, they only weigh 19 pounds in an 18x8.5 size.

I installed Orion V2 angel eyes this afternoon. I'll be heading over to a nice spot to take some beauty shots this weekend.

It has been a long time since I took this car out to collect beauty shots. Of course, thanks to I580 and rock chips the front end has looked like crap since 2004.

One more - a blended exposure (5 shots -1.4EV to +1.4EV)

I visit San Diego quite frequently. And I can think of a dozen better places to take pics of my car there. Maybe I'll drive out there one of these days and make that happen.
