I painted the end silver to mix it up, I think it flows better when I had the plate, but I'm probably going to paint it back to black.

I had the rear fenders rolled on Thursday so I was able to reinstall the 12.5mm spacers. My shop also installed the thinner spring pads, which dropped the back of the car a 1/4". There was no rubbing at Saturday's autoX, although one pothole on the drive down caused it to rub briefly when the suspension absorbed the jolt.

Well here is a pic of my first BMW. Just got this about 3 weeks ago. I am awaiting some new headlights, corner lights and HID.
On the to do list are some TINTS, SPOILER?, TAIL LIGHTS, RIMS?..

My latest mod - silver CF fabic wrapped trim. Pictures don't show the contrast well. It is actually two-toned looking. Definitely classier looking than the silver painted plastic trim.

A little bored so I thought I'd share a few random update photos.

Mods so far:

Matte kidney grills w/ CCA badge ofcourse
Shadowline trim
M3 lip spoiler
Gloss Black rear badge
Bimman guage rings
BMW performance shifter and knob
Alcantara shift/parking brake boots
M3 steering wheel
OEM AUX
First aid kit
JL Audio 12W6

Sitting in trunk ready to install or on order:

Black exhaust tips
Manual rear sunshade
New center console (old is scratched too much for my taste)
New AC vents (again, cracking some on the adjustment knobs)
Dynavin (CAN'T WAIT)
Schedule for tint - 50% all the way around, including windshield

Future hopes:

Angel eyes
.....that will about complete it unless I find some Natural brown seats

Thanks MM. I like that the cosmetic mods, while subtle, make the car stand out from the crowd.

THanks Jake. I read that you had this when I was searching but couldn't find any pics. I took a leap of faith and went for the silver over the black. Very pleased with the contrast and "class" compared to stock silver painted plastic.

Everything's looking really good. Love the new black accents, and black exhaust tips will be great!

How much did that steering wheel run ya?

VERY nice 325 Ci.

How much did it cost to get the shadow line trim? did u have it installed or DIY'd?
Is it hard to do?

( i guess i am considering the worst case scenario, if I can't find a ZHP 330ci...at least get the black trim...hehe...)

Looks great! IMHO i think the pinstripe has to go. Mine had a gold one when i bought my car, it was the first thing i took off.

Also, Dynavin is an awesome unit. I have had mine for a week and it is so worth the $600. The DVD playback is amazing. What version did you get? V1 and V2 had some major sound problems but V3 (which is what i have) is almost perfect.

You can paint it or vinyl wrap it. Not sure what he did, but i vinyl wrapped mine. $19.99 from ebay. Very easy, but very time consuming if you want perfection.

Like jryguyi said, ebay $20, definately have to take your time to do a clean job...mine isn't so clean right now, got to frustrated with it to make it look nice so it needs redone.

I actually like the pinstripe, mine is blue and silver. I plan to get her buffed and all that in which case it will have to come off but I'm still considering putting it back on.

Yep, V3 is the one, waiting till mid August for it but the word around the grapevine is that this next batch is coming with more than just the V3 update (aka cosmetic changes )
