No kidding! Why do people think their tunes need to be loud enough to be heard by people outside of their car. I've been on missions where we were tasked to destroy items that are that disruptive to society. Nice looking car, but a huge for the sound system.

I'm surprised you guys forgot what I have in my car Although I have my drunk insolated with dynamat. You can hardly hear it outside of the car on full blast unless I have my windows down or my trunk open

Honestly, I don't play it full tilt around traffic or on daily basis. It's getting annoying fast.

I do it for competitions. Already got me a first place, few second and couple of third. My record up to date is 140.xx on music.

Right now I'm working on getting HO alternator and new, bigger amp (~5000 wrms)

My goal is 145+ on music out of the trunk. I don't have fold down seats, just a ski hole.

And I got my rear deck and roof wrapped in Second Skin alpha damp. Team members get a special discount

And that's the difference. I'm fine with folks having a high powered audio system, provided they keep it to themselves.

I just find it rude and offensive when someone forces me to listen to their choice of music against my will.

We used to have a group of guys that lived across the street that rode Harley's with straight pipes and obnoxiously loud sound systems. After repeated attempts to deal with the situation utilizing socially accepted civil methods, eventually we had to get obnoxious too... Now, the neighborhood is once again nice and quiet, and oh, we have new neighbors.

I should enter my sounds into a competition. But I just don't care really. I have x2 12" Cerwin Vegas with 1200watt fosgate prime amp and a 3.5farad capacitor. All in a custom box that fits perfectly into my trunk and doesn't move. W/ some retarded red LED lights.

Thanks. Yeah I made mine so it doesn't make to much noise outside of the car. I don't need to be attracting more attention to myself as is in my car.....
