It's on the sides of the plate. It's not shown in the last pic. It won't get ripped off.

its on the side of the plate.. you cant see it in the last picture. As you can see in the second picture its attached to the top of the bumper where the mesh grill is.. Unless someone is really looking down there I dont think it will get ripped off..
