the suede on the pillars were really easy to do. i just used some 3M adhesive spray, waited for it to tack up then stretched the fabric over the pillars, Im located over on the south side of town, Hunters Creek area if you know where that is

Wow!!! Lots of nice cars here.......and I've only made it through a couple of pages so far.

A couple of shots of my new toy on the way home from picking it up a month ago in Vegas.....

If by some chance anybody should recognize this car I would sure like to talk to the previous owner. It seems like it's been well taken care of and it would be nice to find out the service history beyond what Desert BMW in Vegas did on it.

Im sure jo anns would have it, but i got mine from a shop that is right next to the florida mall. it was really cheap. i got enough fabric to do the pillars, and cover the interior trim. i still have some left over. there is a DIY on e46fanatics that tells you exactly what you need to do

Thanks! I tried to stay on 2 lanes for the most part.....detoured off I70 to Moab then back on the 4 lane till Grand Junction then angled south a ways in Colorado to get back on 2 lanes and drove through Rocky Mountain NP leaving the state and then spent a full day in the Black Hills. I hit every good road in the Hills before heading home the next day.

Needless to say.....I had a blast! What an awesome machine!

Thanks, Malibu aint too shabby either. I used to stay a night at Malibu Beach Inn whenever I was out there on vacation.

Looking back now I wish I had spent a little more time setting up some of those pics but it always seemed like I was trying to stay ahead of slower traffic I had passed shortly before. If you're bored, the rest of the pics are here.....

Yup, not a whole lot of BMW's around here but I see more and more all the time. Don't know if you know but our local Chevy dealer used to sell BMW as well about 30 years ago. I am in the Bismarck area.

I have a brother living in the Hills so I get down there quite a bit but it was usually on my bike (BMW R1200GS). Tough decision to make next summer.....take the bike down there or take the car.
