Potential 2006 BMW 525i owner

Hello!

I am new here and am contemplating owning my first BMW. I am looking at a 2006 BMW 525i Titanium Gray with Black leather interior RWD ( I live in AZ) vehicles comes with PREM PKG/CWP/WT/XL/FDRS. Miles are 34,346.

I am going through a friend I trust so I feel confident that I am getting a good deal on the vehicle.

I don't have an extensive knowledge of BMW's so I am curious as to if this would be a good vehicle to purchase given the trim/miles/etc. I would love to have Sport pack and NAV but feel I could live without.

One owner, clean history. I am worried about the warranty on this vehicle. I know vehicle will have about 10 months remaining on the warranty. (not sure if an extended warranty is avail since I will not be the original owner) Vehicle comes with combo key only and I have called to find out how much a master key will run. I have been told $140-$150. I have also been told I would need to purchase a master key as it adjusts seats and things of that sort.

Sorry for all the questions! I'm obviously confused Just looking for any opinions/advice in regards to this vehicle I am looking at.
