Lightbulb Authorized BMW Body Shops

Does any one know if BWM maintains a list of their authorized auto body repair shops? I live in Los Angeles.

Thanks!

Go to: http://www.bmwusa.com/Standard/Conte...erLocator.aspx
Select type of service: Certified Collision Repair Center

I think being a "certified" BMW body shop is a step higher than just being "authorized."

yes, redonah, it is higher - to the degree that if you lease a BMW, you are required to take any repairs to a Certified shop.

If there are any problems with said repairs, BMW will go back to the shop to fix the wrong repairs.

If you go to a non-certified shop, YOU, as the "lessee" will be responsible for any improper repairs.
