New 7 series spotted north of Atlanta...media event?

I live just north of Atanta and drive past Chateau Elan each morning on my way into work. (Its a nice Eurpena style resort/vineyard/golf course and just minutes away from Road Atlanta race track.) Yesterday morning as I am approaching the resort, I noticed a new style of BMW headlights coming my way and it was the new 7, I then saw 8 more passing me in the other direction before I made it to the entrance of the hotel. They were each loaded with 3 people and appeared to be heading to the race track. My guess is that it was the media for the auto rags doing a test on the car, probably drove down from the BMW center in South Carolina the night before.

Anyway, they look pretty good. A lot more sleek kind of like the LS460. It was pretty cool to see that many of them in a row. I guess they will be arriving in the dealerships pretty soon.

No pics no care....

Sorry, I was driving and did not have a camera. I saw them again today cruising the interstate in the same area. Again, no pics; I was driving 70mph in the opposite direction.

I know in Houston they are having a release party for the 7 at Hotel ZaZa Tuesday.
