Trucks/Rvs/trailers????
Will there be someplace on the grounds, or close by, where trucks and/or RVs with trailers can park and unload their car(s)?
Maybe consider the possibilty of an extra early entrance fee to accommodate trucks with trailers, or for those that tow with an RV, charge a $100-150 to stay the night before BF??

Unfortunately dogs are NOT allowed this year. The Polo fields insurance does not allow dogs on the property. They can be in your car, but are not allowed out on the grounds.
