hey everybody, new to forums and I am currently running on my 3rd E30, now i am driving a 89 325I coupe just getting close to finishing rebuilding the engine and almost done with the tranny and I wanted to get it painted before the bimmerfest but i was running short on time so imma get it paint after the bimmerfest, Im from the bay area but now living in the valley near tracy. heres some pics one of them with a E30 lover next to me but he was driving his day car lol

Hows it going? I Bought my 530 about 2 years ago this November. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!!!!!!!! I am in sales and now it seems to be the only luxury car I sell since I cant stop saying enough good things about it. When someone comes in to look at a Mercedes peice of **** I tell them just give me one test drive in the corresponding BMW and then make your decision. Most of the time they go with the BMW. Its uncanny the enjoyment I get from driving my E39. It needs some work since I have put about 40k on her in a year and a half but all 40k was with a smile!!

Just got plates, insurance on my BMW yesterday.
Had it in the garage for about 5 months going over it and am finally finished.
Ran it out for a short time yesterday and love it.

Hey folks

I recently bought an 03 540i/6 Sport/Dinan (46k miles) from Ohio and high-tailed it back to the South for warmer weather.

Had the car for a week, and went ahead with the auxillary input installation. The directions from the forum were PERFECT. Took 30 mins, and now I'm jamming to my iPod!

It's great to see all the support for us...

hi everyone i just joy this forums and i've 2004 645cic, the only things that i do so far on my car is 4 sets of 20" asanti wheel and KW V3 suspension.

Just joined a couple of posts ago. Hope that I can be of help and I hope that other members can help me. I live in central Florida and have a 2001 740il with 171,000 miles and a 2003 745li with 65,000. I guess it'll take a little while to figure out the format here but I will ask for help when needed. My current problem is getting a warranty (mine will run out in Oct.). BMW doesn't sell exteded warranties in FL so I'll have to go with another company. The dealership (Fields) will sell the same policies as a broker but you'll pay more to the dealership. I'm hoping that the 745 has as good a history as my 740! I've only had to change the alternator on the 740. Now I'd better go knock on wood!

Hello from Germany!

Originally from Michigan, I'm in the Army and have been living in Germany for the past 6 years (minus 2 plus years in Iraq) where I have had the pleasure of owning a 1989 320i (At least that what they told me it was), a 1993 320i, and most recently a 2009 128i. My only regret is that the 128 is not a 135, but it sure beats the Mini we were originally eying. I will soon be headed to Charlottesville VA for a year or so. In any case, I'm looking forward to reading the various forums and and I hope to become a regular participant.

sup i typically go by Pharmacist but that name was taken so i went by my nickname for it. anyways... i dont actually own a bimmer yet, but went down with my boy to bimmerfest n have wanted one, well since he went last year.

some of u might have spotted me out at bimmerfest '09 i was the one with the facial tattoos, dreads and big facial piercings. apparently theres pics of me. i just cant find them yet

Hello from Germany. I'm a 6 time BMW owner 3 of which have been M cars. Currently I drive a US Spec 2007 Z4 M Roadster. Current upgrades are Eisenmann Race Exhaust and RPI Ram Air Intake. I'm currently talking with Roman about ESS tuning. I'm here looking for some information and tips on upgrading my car. I guess the first question is: Headers, euro headers or something aftermarket (Super Sprint)? I'm interested in your opinions.

I love learning more about my car, specially the DIY and Mod pictures. great ideas and so far not to say that the DIY's have saved me a lot of $$$$$ my next project is to install the IPhone interface on both my X5 and my 323I, I will post pics and results! wish me luck.

i,m an old school hot rodder, who has just been introduced to the bmw dimension . man i wish i had bin intrduced to bmw 20years ago . right off the bat- whats the best way to loosen up the exhaust on my 01 740i will just flow masters do it or would you suggest loseing the resonater too ? any thoughts before i start cutting thanks philip
