Yeah, your 318 really does look well cared for. And CalypsoRot is gorgeous. Almost picked up a CalypsoRot 328is vert....a few times....

And, one thing I've noticed, the car itself, or the mods, are secondary to the care for the car. An older car that is more stock will grab more compliments than a similar new car. When someone really puts time and effort into making something still look great, it seriously shows, even if the car hasn't been modded much.

But seriously, K&N and Bottlecaps really gotta go, bro.

Hahaha, the K&N really hasn't caused any issues for me, but I guess I could take it or leave it. It does emit a nice sound when the car first runs in cold, though.

Like I said, I like the bottlecaps! Haha. If I see some wheels that would really make this car shine above those, I'd definitely snatch them as the "bottlecaps" are a bit tarnished in areas when you look at them up close, and the fact that they're a HUGE PITA to clean. I just can't justify breaking the bank on wheels when I already have been in making the car as mechanically sound as possible. Maybe in the future? Hahaha.

OK, those are the pictures of what I was thinking of, but they look cooler on the new 5's than on the E36ers,

Looks, are all personal preference, I like rings, I guess you don't.

Don't worry, I'm not gonna get them, I thought they looked good, but after I thought about it and started noticing the chrome rings on cheap speck cars, I realized that I really don't want them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
