Exclamation Whats wrong with ma baby???

Hi all!

I got 2000 328i.Last 4 days whenever i drive it on the way the EML and T/C lights came on. After that the car accelerate very slow...I believe till only 3.5rpm,usually till 40 miles, and it keeps 3rd gear. After you turn off the ignition and wait a little bit, lights gone...but after some driving the problem came on again...My mechanics doesnt know how to act...never seen that problem...plugs and coils are new...also new sensors...dont know what to do to solve this problem!!!

HELP please....

Thank You!!!
