New system

Is there some way we can get the cars people drive displayed like it used to be? Knowing which cars people have is handy when responding to posts.
How come when someone responds to a post your subcribed to, the link takes you to the end of the first page instead of the last (link) post.
Can we get rid of the welcome every time we do something in the same session?
Can we get rid of the crap at the bottom every time we do something in the same session?
Can we user resize the display the way it used to be eliminating the scroll bars?
How do I edit an attachment. Does adding the new with the same name update the current. Removing the old and adding the new works.
Can I post a full size attachment (like IMG used to let you do) without posting a link?
To attach multiple images, do you just do multiple adds?

I believe when you clicl on manage images and it pops up a window you can browes your images then select one then click add this file/img
then click browse again etc...
then after your done click "all done" on the pop up window this should allow you to post multiple images on one post, im just trying to help , not sure im 100%

I agree, or at least people should put it in their signatures.

Don't use the attachment function (I guess that is how people are doing it, I never used it). Use the markup codes:
link
[/img]

all in one line will give you the full size image, like:

Just do that for however many pics you want to put in the post (there is a limit though).

Or:

Andy, I just installed my kit today! http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/showthread.php?t=35751
Thanks for putting such a great kit and instructions together. It made the whole install very straight forward.

Very nice! JonM gets all the credit, he handles all the VDO stuff. Can we use the pictures you took?

Absolutely! Just don't mind the poor dremeling job I did on my ashtray.
I'll post some more pictures later this week too. I took one of the wires coming through the driver's side firewall, but it came out blurry. Need to retake that, and some night pictures when I remember to shut off the auto-flash.

No. You have to delete the old one.

Nope. You just have to use img src HTML or img UBB codes to reference an offsite-hosted image. If you add as an attachment, you get clickable thumbnails. I'm assuming it's a bandwidth thang.

Yes. You can do multiple adds in the same Attach popup, though.

Ron, I am moving this over to site suggestions forum so it can get addressed. I cannot fix any of the problems you identified.

I like the idea that under the persons name, there should be a list of the cars they drive. That's why we are all here and it's important.

I don't have any answers to the board-related semantics. I don't know much 'bout dem computors.
