How do you align the normal beam (outtermost) headlights up and down? Failed a warrent f fitness because the right one is aimed too low to the ground. thanks

open the hood, and behind the headlights theres a plastic cover, remove. and behind there are 2 whiteish looking screw handles. turn the upper one clockwise, but do it during night and park infront of a garage door. its pretty easy

Managed to figure it out. I dont think they are euro spec, just normal facelift headlights with the circle in the middle (looking front on) and eliptical at the back. Not like the ones in your signature anyway.

anyway, for anyone who wants to know the answer, first turn the electric controller in the car around to 0 (on the drivers kickpanel), unbolt the grill, and the three bolts holding the headlight bracket in place. then pull the headlight up from the bottom (it wont break) and the rod coming from the black electronic height adjusting cylinder will pop out of the rubber mounting. You will notice there is a + shape on the top of the rod. Screw driver away! clockwise pulls the light down, and anticlock wise goes up. unfortunately, you have to do everything back up again (except the grill) to test it, so a guess as to how much you will need to turn it should be made. Trial and error will be inevitable
