Thinking of replacing the "runflat" tires on my 330xi

In case the link doesn't work, I'm thinking of taking off the runflat Goodyear RS-A in 205/50/17 and putting on Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3. I would have to go up in size to 225/45/17, which should be ok on the stock rims (anybody know for sure cuz of runflat/pressure sensors???) I had Bridgestone Potenza S03's on my A4, I'd rather not get them again due to past quality control issues, and tramlining experiences. The Eagles get high marks on the Tirerack polls. Anyone have any experiences, or concerns, to share?
