Updated "M" badges: Price?

Having tired of the fading "M" badges, I replaced the pre-01 M badges on my car with the updated, curved design.

With the "old" design badges , I paid 15 euros (more or less the same in $) for the two small "M"s for the front, but got a minor shock when faced with the bill for the updated ones: 51 euros!!

The bill specifies # 51147892003, but surely the price can't be correct?! Does someone have a recommended retail price for these, e.g the Maddux bros?

They list $95, but that's for the full set.

Over here they retail for $28.75 each.

If you just want one badge, Andy can break up a set for you. The large badge, the 2 small badges, and the 2 chrome text badges add up fast.

That why I had mine replaced under warranty.

That's the best way to go if it's an option for you and you are doing a 1-for-1 replacement.

Not that I know of. But the dealer will just replace flat ones with more flat ones. They cost less than the curved ones.

I am just slightly puzzled that the curved ones are more than 3 times the price of the normal ones?!

Anyway, 3 new curved M badges on, so hopefully fading is now something that is behind me.
