I picked this bike up 60 miles away. I could easily ride it 10k miles and sell it for 50% more than I paid. That's how good of a deal I got. Yeah, carmudgeons must not allow remote referrers.

Howdy, Beemers. Good news locally and good luck to them--a fellow is opening a BMW dealer in Chattanooga. The paper quoted "more than 500" BMW owners in the area. Uhh... I know one other one besides me.

Without further doo: 1988 K75S, 101k miles. 740cc FI triple.

Latest maintenance was rebuilt injectors ($65 / set), fluid changes. No major problems beyond my intermittent tach.

My GSX-R1000 with nitrous, although I really hope to be on a BMW next spring. We'll see...

'05 K1200LT w/109K. Hannigan sidecar added this spring. Sidecar has rolled just over 9K.

Relatively new rider (about 18 months), but I bought this in July 2008 and have about 12,000 miles on it so far. 2008 Kawasaki Versys. Love this bike and riding almost as much as I do driving my cars!!

Thanks guys....I wish I still owned them all, especially the 2002 and the Maico.

OK, guess my Kawasaki was a closer call to a Beemer than I thought...

Yesterday closed the deal on this gorgeous 2004 R1150-GS. Looking forward to exploring some roads that my Kawasaki could never go on...
