Water in Trunk of X3! How to unclog the drains?

We have a 2008 X3 and after a huge rainstorm the other day (in Seattle, what do you expect?) the trunk had water in it by the battery and dripping in the electronics on the left. Yikes! We noticed it when the car started calling BMW Assist over and over They were no help.

It sounds like there are drains in the front and back that need to be unplugged. Does anyone have photos of what they look like?

Thanks in advance!
Randy
