03 745Li brake issue

I have a 745li 2003, i got my brake pads and discs changed and am still facing the problem that while driving as i leave accelerator paddle it seems the car brakes are applied and it comes to a complete stop, and asi push the brake paddle then the it feels like the brakes are released and car feels. Pls guide me as what is this problem as it is very annoying.
