Nice rides! I've always liked the body style of the older 6 series.

Heheh how much to get imported to Canada? Friggin duties and taxes will kill me. Is the stock nose under the aftermarket add on? Man it EVEN! has the all the damn tools in the trunk EVEN! I am currently wondering whether or not to sell mine and get something along the same lines or not...so P.M. and we can continue this VIA electronik mails. From the pics it looks nice, lets just say I'm an interested party for sure...I'm about an 8hr drive from you FYI

LOL! it is a very nice 5 series, I think the duty and taxes and getting it ready for Canadian consumption(inspection in Canada) would be killer in the wallet. Thanks for alerting your BF about my interest.

Wow, I just got rid of my 535is that is the twin of your car. It had an ///M package (exterior trims, suspension and sport seats) but no ///M engine. Was also an auto car. I love the E28 also. Actually looking for another Euro model 5-speed 535is or M5. Love those refined bumpers and exterior goodies.

we broke it...it's actually getting signed over to me now (it was my boyfriends) because he does not want to deal with it..
going to rebuild the motor for a little more performance and put it in the sixer, along with the sport seats (re-upholstered of course to match) and the transmission if we decide we need it although there is nothing wrong with the current tranny in the six the 5er has the updated version with the economy/sport/ and manual modes which is kind of nifty...it's basically an organ donor now!!

we will take the current motor in the sixer out and rebuild it too to have a back up which as you know is pretty handy to have the current motor still runs fine although a bit sloppy and has about 400k on it They are such amazing engines I cant bear to get rid of it...wish me luck!! (also wish for me to get a raise sometime soon) ugh I got my work cut out for me

OR I could fix the suspension on the 5 series and whatever the hell else broke back there (no body damage) and daily drive it...I need new wheels as well as those were wrecked in the accident (which breaks my heart I LOVED those wheels)

No body damage, sounds a lot easier to attack the 5er suspension items. Unless the rear end is toast. If you can fix the 5er, I think it will make a better DD. When I got rid of my 5er and had to use my 6er as DD. I was somewhat limited in the errands I could do or wanted to do with my 6ers (no bulky hauling or building materials). Good luck with what ever you decide to do.
