yaaa right, propane tank in the trunk, direct line to exhaust, grill starter in the dash, vio la!......
they sell some pretty ridiculous purge kits for trucks that actually follow those guidelines (not legal in MA....but then again nothing is)

Ugh we've had these discussions about Style 19s on here ad nauseum. As someone who has personally owned TWO cars with them I can attest to their hideousness. Just not an attractive wheel at all.
