Actually, I'd be a little concerned. TRW is a big OEM auto supplier to major manufacturers. I'm surprised a small time internet retailer is purchasing wholesale from them and retailing it - I'm always concerned they're products with small imperfections when I see that kind of thing.

I'm really starting to love the Broncos.

I hate all the crap talk about Tebow, almost no quarterback is good right out of college. He's a freaking stud. Their offense is really weird because of it, no other team like them.

Chad, you are one heck of a pessimist. The very reason TRW can afford to sell stuff cheap is that they ARE a major OEM supplier and have a better than excellent product rating. I would never, ever hesitate to buy a TRW product. I've bought hundreds of TRW products (brakes/rotors included) in the last 40+ years and never got a bad one.

+1 on the Tebow thing, I hope they find someone to fix his throwing mechanics, it is pretty flawed to say the least. If he can become even an average passer their offense will be damn hard to stop!

its getting a stage 2 tune, 91 octane, 3" turbo back, catless uppipe, and drop in filter. Cobb claims 280bhp, so I'm expecting around 230-240whp.

Black just looks so pretty, I hated black cars until I got the 540i, completely changed my perspective on them! I know they're hard as hell to keep clean, but I love it anyway!

I don't think they will change his throwing style, pretty perminate.

Only 91?

You dork, you must be getting senile in your advanced age.

I was saying I was surprised a small time eBay seller was getting their hands on good units. I know TRW is a solid brand, just wasn't sure that that eBay seller was.

If they cant change it, I dont see him lasting too long, its a terrible windmill motion that lofts the ball too high, and when he tries to add any velocity it really is lucky to get within 5ft of his intended target.

91 is the only really consistent gas we have around here, and cobb's tuning allows the 91 maps to run 93 as well, the ECU can adapt to that with the tune and it'll run very similar to having a 93 map

There 93 map is the same; it will run better with 94/95 if you have access to it. 2 points higher is the max before you need to step up the map stages.

Situation: Girl walks up to me at work. "bill has been saying creepy things to me ever since i changed in the office and i forgot there was a camera in there. Hes been making remarks like ______ to me."

"Thats sexual harassment. tell him to stop and if he continues talk to Human Resource about it."

"OMG did you just hear what he said to me?

"no... i was doing my job."

" i said that there is something sticky all over my leg and he said 'no thats my job after work'"

no response.

If fellow co workers are coming to me complaining. Can i talk to HR myself and tell them whats going on even if im not the one on the end of the harassment?

It is infact impacting my ability to work because i have to constantly hear it from the young girls at work about what he is saying/doing.

Also, there is no concrete evidence, his word vs thiers. Whos going to win and whos going to be the judge?

I have an idea to print out a "sexual harrasment in the workplace" poster and hanging it up in the break area for everyone to see.

My girlfriends ex usually hangs up like jokes and stuff on the board and no one will suspect it was me that hung it there. I can do it unnoticed. Should i or go the HR route?

Any ideas? i dont even want to go back to work. Hes a scum bag.

It's my view that you should not get tangled up in this mess. The female employee has to make the decision to involve human resources on her own terms. It may be her choice to keep it to herself (and you, apparently). When it involves a person's employment, you have to let them call the shots.

If she approaches you about this again, tell her that she needs to report it to human resources. I'm not saying what is going on isn't seriously f'ed up, though, but I wouldn't get any more involved. The only way I could see it making sense for you to contact HR would be if Bill's actions are making it difficult for you to do your job.
