If it came from a 328, there's a 99% chance it's an open diff.

And Randy, why are you running differential fluid in your transmission?

UUC's special blend to dampen flywheel chatter...

Half ATF and half diff fluid...it's super thick, almost like syrup.

I dont like it though...once I stop being lazy I'm changing it...I already have the fluid...just need to find the energy...

I like's it Joe, though I'd be tempted to glance around the Great White North to see if there happen to be any E36 Tourings kicking around...

Pretty retarded track design. Autocrosses should be set in environments that allow drivers of all skill levels to push the limits without risking damage to their cars.
They're F A G (OEM supplier).

As Karl says, 99% chance it isn't. Post '95 only the ///Ms came with LSD & ASC. If you had ASC (which nearly all did) then you did not have LSD. (Unless some clear headed individual swapped it in for you).

Prices can be haggled at least a bit Joe. And the 90k miles ain't so bad.

It's kind of "mehhh" for now. The extra room is nice, and interior the interior quality is much nicer. I guess I need to see how it does in the fluffy stuff before I make a full review.

Joe, I'm trying to imagine you driving that silver wagon... and I can't do it.

I vote s52 for lola + rally toys for the e30

Here's half of that:

As mentioned before, almost all (I've yet to see one with an LSD) 96+ non-M cars come with open diffs. Except for z3's, but they're torsen differentials and that's a whole other story.

Look at it this way, now you have a spare diff you can get welded into a locker

That's not a bad deal really, but it never hurts to see how low you can go.

I paid $6500 for my 02' with 129k, just for reference.

Sorry man, that's 100% an open diff. There's nothing there to limit movement of the spiders.
