I could rip out the x-brace from my 328i. I doubt anyone would notice it is gone.

Sweet. I always thought the ones that sit in like that are nicer than the ones that stick out.

Really? I like the later ones with the fatter outsides a lot more than the pre-96 ones. To each their own I suppose.

I'm sitting at the clinic waiting for results of my strep test, anyone wanna place a bet?!

I would need more related knowledge to bet on the outcome of your strep test

I thought these camber arms would be a quick couple hour job, but this is gonna turn into an all-day project. The outer bolts are corroded into the bushing (big surprise there), and one snapped off with the nut. And apparently you have to drop the diff just to remove the inner bolt

Ha! I was just in there doing the same thing Cj lol. I didn't drop the diff, I took out a few bolts and maneuvered it around.

Still a pita. It should be easy but it's not.

I thought you knew that. Just take the diff bolts out so you can move it around a little. It doesn't take much to get room enough to get the bolt out. Be careful putting the diff bolts back in. They are easy to cross-thread.

No? He asked what he's done recently, not what the first mod to every car is.

Came back negative, so I woulda lost.

I thought I had it in the bag from WebMD, and the doctor said it was just some other similar infection or it was a bad test and gave me a regimin of amoxicillin to kill it. Whatevs. I'm not running a fever and I feel perfectly normal aside from the sore throat, so I'm not to glum about it.

I knew you had to remove it to get to the upper arm, I thought the lower arm was accessible, though.

It shouldn't be too hard, it's more the outer bolts that I'm worried about. I might need to borrow my friend's sledge.

Matt, did you have to disconnect the DS from the diff?

an e92 335 would give it a run for its money though. Dunno if he meant the z or BMW when he said 2007
