They are all located in the Useful Links" sticky. IIRC it is the first link in there.

Why the sad face?

Only $19?

Why not just pop into a electronics store and build it yourself? All you need is some wire and the connectors.

This. I didn't enjoy it at all, the good was lousy and the girls weren't good enough to merit choking down the good and paying silly prices for it. I guess it's ok if you're desperate.......

I suppose from a purist point of view this is awesome. But after seeing/hearing a V8 power E9x M3 it's hard for me to want to go backwards. Maybe the price for the 8's will go down ::shifty::

Ken, I'm not sure how a tri-turbo setup will be giving any power up to a V8.

Though BMW does indeed make an NA V8 a beautiful creature.

No amount of HP will make me like the new M3, it's ugly, and will be deviating so far from what made M3s cool in the past that I no longer have any desire to see/hear/read about them anymore. And that's pretty sad.

I know right? When my dad used to take me as a kid () I swear to god the food was pretty good. I remember happily eating the wings and loving the sauce and everything. When I got my driver's license and going without parents was an option I think I had already missed the boat. Every time I've ever been there in the past 5 years its been breaded bones with crappy sauce on them. Blech.

You got me there.....

Does it help that i"m now fixing it up so I can sell it? Been looking at a lot of e39s lately.

Also, anyone here have any experience with the Mercedes ML430? I'm thinking that it would make an awesome 2nd vehicle for winter and pulling a small aluminum trailer with a bike to the track on weekends.. I've seen a bunch of them around for around $4k..

Little research has shown roughly 19-21hwy which isn't bad at all really/. It'd be a lot more comfortable than a jeep, looks better IMO, and they are supposedly very good in adverse conditions as well.

One of the 'spare Mercedes' my roommate owns is a CLK 430. Te engines are bulletproof. Extremely reliable and fun car. (if you can get past the missing pedal), but I find their fly by wire a little numb and not as responsive in the controllable department as our beloved E36s.

The engine reliability is one of the reasons I'd feel confident buying one with higher mileage (aka in my price range), and they're probably 99% owned by elderly women so they've not been beaten on for the last 10 years..

As for driving it; as long as its comfy, can pull a small trailer, and runs good I'd be happy with it!

I'd be looking for a cheap e39, possibly an e36 for a spring/summer/fall DD for the days I cant ride my cruiser

That seems to be BMW's recipe nowadays. I do a drive through security check at a BMW dealership, and I've determined that the only thing that makes the e90 look good is the F30...
