205/40/17 no rolling, can definitely fit 215's without rolling. I want to run 235's in the rear and 225's in the front but that will require rolling and i'll probably run spacers to clear the coil adjusters up front.

Got rid of 85% of it after realizing that the bottoms of the door panels needed to have the clips pushed back into their respective holes. Then I had a rattle coming from the moonroof motor area, so I placed a piece of cardboard on the top side of the access cover and it went away. Then a squeak coming from the back seats, which I eliminated by felting over the plastic trim piece which goes around the top section of the trunk opening. Every once in a while my center console will creak, but I can usually get that to go away by wiggling the whole thing with my hand. The glovebox also like to creak if the temperature is just right (or is that just wrong?). Otherwise, my interior really isn't bad at all in terms of creaks, rattles, and the like. Definitely better than most other E36s on the road (since most are relatively clapped out). And my door panels pretty much appear as new, for now...
if you think you got all the rattles now, just wait till you do the exhaust on that m52, the rumble at idle will shake your house on a cold start

not nearly as much as your 1/4 butler stroker but enough for you to notice

cool, I got 17x9 et26 and 17x8 et20

so I will probably do a 205/40/17 so I can stay at the same height and maybe go a little lower

Yeah, the 462 rumbles so loudly you can feel it vibrate through your entire body - somewhat similar to the feeling you get when you attend a music concert and your body gets blasted with the huge amount of bass from a wall of speakers.

Yep. More than just that, too. It's a super clean Alpina tribute car (With a bunch of authentic Alpina parts). Not to mention the 450whp. He works at a BMW tech shop.

Sure as hell is. Made my car look like it was sitting still on the highway.

I can't even imagine how much money he has put into that car. It's decked out in every category. Completely refreshed, awesome suspension, launch control, etc etc.

dont get me wrong I love a nice clean black e36 interior, dove grey, that rare red cloth in canada, hurricane, and rain interior, mullberry, and magma interior.

the only one I hate is tan

WHY DO BOTH OF MY CARS HAVE TO HAVE BEIGE ITS SO ANNOYING BRO

that being said, I want a black interior with vaders up front just because I love they way they look I know they suck and blah blah blah but like I said before they are overpriced and I want them.

its an e36 non M guy thing I guess lol

Do you guys know how easy it would be to route the windshield washer hose to the trunk? It's pretty small, but I'm not sure how to get it back there.

Just go under the car along the fuel lines. Do you want to spray people behind you?

Hahaha! I think you just gave me a great idea. I just wanted to put my washer system back in, but I don't want it cluttering up my engine bay.

Anyway, how would I get the line into the trunk? Can't think of any holes off the top of my head.

You could easily just drill a hole into the trunk and seal it so it didn't rust or let water in. The earlier comment of spraying people behind you reminds me of a friend of mine who had an old Toyota Camry. At one point he had turned one of his windshield waster nozzles 90 degrees so it would spray the cars next to him directly at window height. Pretty great.

lolz that reminds me of when i replaced my old washer fluid pump in my impreza and it was so overpowered that it shot more fluid over the roof and onto the car behind me than on my windshield.

Is the stock pump even strong enough to push all that fluid that distance?
I like the idea though. I've been toying with the idea of using a different tank. But got lazy and just painted the current one.

Sounds good. I don't really have to worry too much about rust because that new shell should be in use by next summer.

Yup, I've heard of people doing it with their E36.

overall looks like we're going to be about 2.3-2.5million this year in revenue. possibly more if bedbugs continue the way they've been the past 2 months.

but 2+million in revenue....

for bugs.

awesome!!

Holy hell. 2 mill for bugs. That pretty good!

My company just finished the fiscal year on 9/30. First estimates are around $775 million for this year.

But I don't get bonus... Just more work.

And I bet Ikea and Waste Management also love bugs, since people have to throw out their entire apartment's worth of furniture and buy new if they get bed bugs... Yikes.

yeah, that's just our office, 12 techs, 2 sales, and office/mgmt staff.

we have 80 some offices in the states, and just expanded out west with a huge acquisition. (2010, 2011 we were #4 in revenue in north america with about 246million)

our parent company is a global player, and before this western expansion we had recently acquired a large company in mexico. i do not believe that revenue figure includes the rest of the global market, but i am not certain. regardless, we are growing like wildfire.

just 1 pest, like bedbugs, is an industry income of aver 300million, and is only expected to go up. estimates are about 25% growth since 2006, and only projected to get higher.

and that's not the 'biggest' pest issue we (as an industry) face. ants are. those pesky little buggers.

love 'em.

when i wrenched i would have to pull teeth to get mr car driver to pay $300 to fix their brakes. when it comes to spiders, ants, roaches, or rodents, and i tell them it's $300 for the clean out, they cannot write the check fast enough.

it's the ick factor.

and i shall never be unemployed again.

ever.
