not necessarily. depends on the level of infestation and condition of the furniture.

but yeah, the ick factor plays real big in this arena.

all the more reason for families with:

college kids (.....cj.....)
military
business travel
boarding homes
shelters
workers in boarding homes, shelters, home healthcare, visiting nurses, nursing homes
long term care
hospice

then there's sleep overs,
over the road trips,
public transportation
movie theatres

and the like.

so yeah, pretty much anywhere. there was even an entomologist who told a story about bedbugs being blown off a mattress from the bed of a pickup onto his car. for real.

crazy stuff happens, lemme tell ya.

and it keeps me busy.

That's quite awesome! It's an industry I know nothing about.
Due to the icky factor. I'm bit going to fall out of shower and knock myself out.... Not that it happens.... But I don't like bugs.

What do you do again - was it analysis?

We're track for the most profitable year ever, estimating about 70 mil in net income. 11 was a record year in loans, funded about 4 billion. We blew past that early summer, estimates are hovering around the high 6 billion in mortgage originations for 12. The rates are just incredible right now. Thank you helicopter Ben for boosting our profits while wrecking our economy.

That's the truth. My coworker always complains about money, but she's had people out to get rid of rats more times than I can count this month. Just paid a gardener a ton to plant a wall of peppermint or something around her property.

I know, I know, but he wants to buy another car and he doesn't want the dealer to low ball him so he told me to pay the remaining balance of 3k and I can keep it

Second owner, 95k, fresh rebuilt turbo and completely unmodified...

I could easily flip it for 7k or more...

No Corinthian leather here......

Fine Korean plastic......this is the POS tractor I've been working on for a neighbor. It's a Kubota clone, but can't hold a candle to a Kubota quality. Lousiest engineered pile of iron I've ever seen. New lights, new seat, new control buttons. The moron that wired this thing apparently thought there was a massive shortage of wire. EVERY wire on it is stretch fiddle-string tight, making it impossible to reattach the new lights and switches without disassembling the whole electrical system. I'm charging way too little for this job.......

The engine is very powerful for a small tractor....55hp (it is measured a lot different than automobile hp), which is a lot for the size. It's a turbo-diesel, but everything else on it is under-engineered. It constantly breaks all the moving pieces on the front end loader, the three-point hitch, the hydraulic system. And they must have painted right over the rust on the (few) metal panels on it. Every one has rust bubbles in the paint. Before I installed the new seat assembly I stripped and blasted the base plate. It's 3/16" steel and was almost rusted through in several places. Pitiful.

I've heard of it being done in an E30, but haven't seen pictures of the install. Length wouldn't be a problem, but that v12 is wiiiiide.

i saw an m70 in a ti on you tube.

made me salivate since i had a spare m70 and trans. but, alas, no space to do the work...

and ken, yeah, tractors aren;t supposed to be 'pretty'. they're supposed to be utilitarian. and last 100 years. worked on a few. the oldest was a 1922 (?) cub cadet flathead 4.

My big John Deere (48hp) is 62 years old and still going strong. It was the first year for the "new era" engine (anything that wasn't a two-cylinder 'poppin John'). That 60+ year old engineering is many years better than this new-fangled Korean pile that's less than 6 years old and falling apart.

i went to an aggie fair last month and saw old john deeres poppin johns and "new era" johns alike pulling a 10k pound sled, it was pretty unreal. they were fullsize farm tractors but its still impressive to see that old tech still getting it done in the modern day

This is what you need at an Ag fair. Nothing sounds quite like three Rolls Royce Merlins spooled up to max RPMs........

You usually only hear those going past at 500mph at air shows. Love the sound.

I was always impressed with all the hydroplane boats from the '40s & '50s which used the RR Merlin engines that had become surplus after WWII. Those were some certifiably insane boats.
