20% was Fannies old req, they dropped it and left the percentage up to the originator but from what I've seen most still use it. That's not surprising they wanted it updated.

why got **** out on my post? The word loan?

I didn't even need H06 policy when I originally bought this property. Only the Master HOA policy.

FHA didn't previously require walls in coverage, that's a newer thing for them. Now, gotta have it for most anyone.

Scammer update
Scammer: “But my daughter said she gave the money gram information to the custom officer and he said is not a legit one he has check it at money gram agent at custom office and also said why will the answer be mother****er”

Me: “Of course the number is no longer valid, you had me change the name for you. I had to cancel the old one and get a refund. Then I sent a new money gram with a new number. Also the money gram place lets you choose any question/answer you want. If you read the question and answer together you get a famous movie quote “Yippee-ki-yay mother****er”. Where is your sense of humor?”

I think he figured it out. The Die Hard quote was just little too much. O well it was fun while it lasted.

A little while ago I had two custom Xbox 360 controllers made and they just came today. The Dead Space one is for my little brother and the BMW one is for me.

watchit, you...

i have always liked the 7's, and will most likely be getting another soon, but rightnowis not the right time.

i also lke the ti, and have plans to drop in a m50 spec'd out to an s52b32. it's a 95, so i have no obd2 to work around, and have almost everything i would need to get the swap done. (almost...)

so i would like to be able to have *both*, but at this time i will have to choose one or the other.

don't hate me because i have poor decision making skills...

I think you have superb decision making skills. A ti is something I've wanted for a long time, with or without an M/S 50/52 swap. They look like they'd be a blast to drive.

The concept behind the Ti was cool, hatchback coupe, RWD. Instead of giving the US Market an E36 touring wagon, we got that ugly little turd. However with it missing the whole back half of an otherwise normal E36 it *should* be lighter thus in conjunction with an S50 spec'd M50 and a 5 speed, will be hilariously fun. Except when you have to buy rear suspension parts for it $$$$$

Beauty and ugly are in the eye of the beholder. I think they're rather cute.

And the cost of rear suspension parts for the ti being so expensive is a myth. They're no more costly than any other E36 suspension upgrade.

The TIs aren't that ugly. Not to mention that they look 90% the same as any other e36.

Anybody know anything about the Mazdaspeed6s?

They are listed on autotrader for like $9-15k, depending on mileage and options. There's one with like 122k for $9500, and one with 63k for $12k.

My roommate's friend has been driving one for a few years and says the only major issue is the rear motor mount that fails and causes stress on the drivetrain, but its not a big deal if it gets taken care of.

Its AWD, turbo, 4 cylinder, 6speed, apparently pretty reliable, pretty comfy, and 270hp/280ft-lbs.

Its basically all the appeal of a B6 A4 with none of the bullsh!t, move livable interior than a WRX, and a better ride than a speed3 (also a little cheaper than the speed3)

Not terrible on gas, probably a little better than the M3 but not by a whole lot.

And snowdays would be awesome.

Joey I think those are pretty bland/girly looking.

Some ideas, granted I don't particularly like these cars though. (Except the E30 and the Saab)

Civic si
Saab 93 turbo 4 cylinder
M42 E30 318

I'm sure I'll think of more.
I'd try to steer clear of fun cars you'll want to modify.

I always thought they looked pretty bland, but I definitely still respect them. The press really loved them when they were new. I think they're probably a really fun car, and also a solid car in terms of reliability. They supposedly handle quite well.

If you can get over the soccer mom looks they are a HELL of a car.

My friend kyle had one, and i always busted his balls until he took me for a ride in it, and wow what a shocker. he put rallyarmor on his and it looked bitchin lol

it was really controllable on snowy drifts too

interior was nice and well put together.

i'd recomend it

no i didnt use it on the ground lol, I had some wood under it when it was under the car, was just there as a precaution as i changed the tires. I jacked the car up from the front crossmember.

The wood spreads the load and prevents it from sinking/ falling

I just checked out their forum, they do seem pretty bulletproof as far as reliability. Ever since my old roommate's 09 Mitsu Ralliart I'm a sucker for an AWD 4 cylinder turbo, and they are a lot of car for the money.

I wouldn't go crazy with mods, just an accessport probably. Its not even a big power increase but it gives you a 2-step and flat foot shifting.

And yeah, it is kinda bland, but that's kinda part of the appeal. No one is gonna look twice at me in it. After 3.5 years of LOUD AND YELLOW I'm ok with that. And they are cheap, and reliable, and fast. Why not?
