Guys, I need to know of a place where it snows year round, but isn't super secluded and full of crazy toothless natives like Alaska or the North Pole. I wanna drive in blizzards every day..

I'm drinking a Miller Lite (because its the only beer I have), and eating instant oatmeal (because its the only food I have) at 3:22am because I have the day off tomorrow. My first day off in 3 weeks!

Thing is, I dont usually get anywhere near 50hrs a week, stuck somewhere between 38-45 mostly. I should mention though, through my main job I'm working 6 days a week, and my "free" day is spent working at a bar on Packer games, and that's usually a 16-20hr shift getting paid $9/hr cash.

I hope you did not pay apple any money to fix the power button. I only cost like $5 to fix. I have personally fixed it twice.
Didn't pay a dime. Covered under warranty (shipping too). Just haft send old one back.

I double check the price, but I'm pretty sure they would charge me the full $600.

chad, 12.5v @ idle is an issue....

there are lots of modules that are powered even when 'off', so if you are driving it, and it's not charging the battery properly, (or batteries, as the case may be...) then they are going to be simply overworked and drop out on you.

in other news, have some vacation time i am taking, but have my portion of the audit i need to be present for today. 1pm. should be a decent one, as i made sure everything that i *could* do was done. we'll just have to wait and see how it goes.

kinda kicks working on cadence today in the head, tho...but i will be able to get some stuff done.

Wha? Really? Why would that be an issue?

Noooo.....14 should be peak. There's no way it should be putting out 14 @ 650 RPM.

Is there?

Yes, 14 and above. Lots of them I've tested were in the 14.4-14.5 range when running.

Hey horn question for you mister expert. Think my TPS might be going bad .....car stalls out at start up if the accelerator pedal isn't pushed in a tiny bit and then eased out...... if you drop it quick the car will stall but if you ease it back down it idles @ about 500 RPM (lower then the 750 its supposed to be anyways at normal idle) after that it drives perfectly. No check engine light no other issues are evident. Does this seem like an issue that it may be I've done some searches without much luck.... side note i did do an engine swap in the car about 6k miles ago.

that is your idle control valve, my car does the exact same thing. after some carbon build up they tend to stick and not function properly. its big dollars for a new one so it's advisable to at some point pull the intake mani and clean it out on the bench with some carb cleaner.

14.7 is actually the bar for a "new" alternator. In a lot of newer cars if voltage drops under 14.5 the battery light will come on.
