Ken I would also send a picture of your car. They asked about the cars that you own. So why not send them a picture of yours with the Turner motorsports sticker right across the windshield? Seems like a great idea To me, lets them know how much you like their stuff. Just my two cents worth.

Awesome work Ken!

If you would throw in your Shrick cams and show them install pictures, etc I bet that would help!

Question for you guys, I wanna put the M52 in my new E30, do I HAVE to make it OBDI? Where can I find M52 into 318i swap info like wiring and whatnot? I think an M52 into an M10 car is pretty uncommon.

I've always wondered why everyone converts to OBDI, seams like if you just swap in all the wiring/ computers they (the computers) wouldn't know the difference .

I didn't know that site was still running.. Most people moved onto R3V because the owner of E30tech hasn't been seen in the past 3 years.

E36tech is up too, but no one ever posts. According to one of the mods, he got the domain but he's running it out of his pocket after the previous owners just bailed. Then they started pulling their old posts over authorship. Downhill quick. There's still some solid DIY posts on there though.

Fudge... Came home from being out with wife and baby in her car.
Noticed coolant on the driveway.

Can't find a hole though. All hoses are less than 18 months old, rad is less than 2 years old.
Ugh... Water pump maybe? Ideas?

It wouldn't hurt to mention you are a returning vet too, companies like to hire vets!

Good luck Ken!

Sorry should've mentioned at was at the front of the car. However, the car has been sitting since Thursday night facing down hill in my driveway.

Congrats on getting the interview!!! I agree with Alan, mention you are a returning vet! Though, I think they ask that on the application.

There's a plastic flange (item 3) on the back of the cylinder head and a hose the runs from the flange over to the heater valve. The flange sometimes cracks or the seal for the flange gives out.

How in the world do you get back there?

Might just be time to do the head gasket. Was hoping to make it to April for warmer weather.
