I used to think global warming was made up. But I'm beginning to think there really is something to it. We haven't had a winter in two years. I don't want snow or anything, but it would be nice not to have to use my air conditioner in January.

Well, Brittany is tall but not extraordinarily so. I expected the girls to be tall but not off the charts. I am thinking it was just after a growth spurt or something, we'll see at the next check up.

How about you? How's your mom doing and how's Ducky? Still waitressing? And do you still have the same number or did it change recently?

Global warming is a misnomer. It's hard to say what exactly is going on, but climate change very likely is. Whether that means on average an increase in temperature (warming) or not is inconclusive.

This. In fact, to use a weather related pun, problems with global warming models, predictions, and actual results have been snowballing. While humans may have a very minor effect on climate (we don't know this for a fact, there could be unaccounted offsetting factors) I don't believe it's enough to cause a massive swing in global climate.

The earths climate has been wildly variable since the beginning of time.
Edit, oh sheeeet James! That's awesome! Make sure you don't send any personal info until you meet them.

I agree completely. I'm sure Carbon emissions and have contributed to the earth warming. But the earth's climate changes anyway. It just seems the shift has been rather quick and dramatic, at least in South Carolina. It was 81° in my car when I got in it this afternoon.

Did anyone order horsepower?

And onto the weather, we've been making changes to the planet for millennia, but only in the last 200 years or so are we able to measure them. There's really not enough data to decide.

Elon Musk said it pretty well, though.

"It's the stupidest experiment, ever. 'Why don't we take all of these carbon molecules from the ground, and put them in the air? Then we'll see what happens.'..."

Although we're able to determine temperature changes and other atmospheric fluctuations going back millennia using core samples.

Buddy of mine's M44 block, a connecting rod decided it didn't like being couped up in the dark little cylinder and violently detached it's self from the crank and piston before trying to escape through both sides of the block.

Chip i thought all glx VW's were VR6s

guess that must be jettas only or something..

2.0 5spd VW's are great cars, I actively tried to kill my jetta, and failed...its still running to this day (3 owners later)

great great little cars.

Meh, any Joe shmoe honda tuner you can drive to you don't want tuning your BMW.

Get a chip tune if you're obd1, or send your computer out if you're obd2.

Trm, techniqa, nick g, ics, Miller etc. Those are the good tuners you'll want to contact.
