Replacing radiator on my car...should I get another 318 radiator making it cheaper replacement, or is the m3 radiator an upgrade?

ohhhh sorry forgot you had the engine swap lemme see if I can find the diff.....nope cant find a diff only difference coming from the fact I had the 318 the expansion tank design is horrible. Mine blew up once I think the radiator off the e36 is deff bulkier and has a better design I know i'm not helping but im trying lol....^ If your gonna pay 180 bucks might as well get the mishimoto ( or however you spell it) my temp hardly makes it past quarter...

EDIT- Scratch that i got mine for 190 eff paying 255 sorry im going to bed doing my harm then good D:

Aluminum radiator won't make a difference in engine warming up... Your thermostat is shot.

Sonuva Btch. Not Again. Sigh..... Think I've got an extra sitting in the garage somewhere gotta go get the gasket now and drain it yeah it's waiting till summer. The gauge does fluctuate though....I mean if I'm romping on it it will go to half... it may be my heater core acting up again...the p.o. didn't change antifreeze for ten years and some weird goo developed...clogged the thing like 3 times.. flushed it numerous times but this issue is reoccurring.

It should never be anywhere OTHER than at the halfway/12 o'clock mark. If it doesn't reach (and stay at) 12 o'clock under normal driving conditions within 10 minutes of regular, sedate driving in ALL weather conditions, your t-stat is stuck open. Not good for the 02 sensors or cats - replace it now. It's hard on things and you're getting worse gas mileage.

Speaking of possessed cars, I finally got fed up with the ridiculous amount of salt caked on my car and stopped at an automated wash place. It caused my alarm to start going nuts, locking and unlocking the door, then it wouldn't start after I got my coffee. I reset the battery and tried it a few more times to get it to start. The alarm light was on solid, and it kept randomly unlocking and locking on the rest of my way in. After about 5 minutes it stopped, then the alarm light just went out, and when I got to the garage at work, it would restart, however the fob no longer locks the car.

Its some sh!tty Clifford alarm that I've never liked, so I don't particularly care if its dead, but I gots big issues if its going to keep preventing the car from starting.

I've put deposits on craigslist stuff... just make sure you get a written contract with the terms (deposit amount, total, time period).

So was I in the wrong for calling a deal off with the guy i was supposed to get a car from yesterday? It was a little shady from my eyes. I couldnt see myself bring 4k in paper to his house. I was gonna give him a Certified bank check from my moms bank

My brother assumed since he wanted cash, it wouldnt leave a trail and that he probably had something to hide.
like the car mightve been stolen or something fishy
