7" headrest TV's

Just got this car and upgraded the wheels from chrome 19" to these 21's. I will be selling the stock chrome 19" soon with tires.

Are those the OEM 128s? I'm thinking about upgrading to the same style rims but replica's in 20's. Very sharp looking car.. what did those headrests run?

they installed those in the stock headrests from wht it looks like, how did they run the wires, can you see them when the head rest is up? what sis they charge?

I just bought an '03 745Li last week and want to do something similiar with the headrests. Could you provide any info on how you did those.....?

i find headreast TVs to be much better than flip down TVs, the kind i have, but hey i dont care

and a question, from what source do those TVs play? like, each of my TVs has a DVD player.

and what about the front screen, does it show on it or not?

Yes those are real 21's. Not replicas. I talked to alot of wheel shops because I was gonna get some aftermarket 22's but I was told that not many aftermarked fit the 7 series correctly and alot of time the center hub is of which causes the car to vibrate. For best ride I was told to get the real deal so thats what I did. I could of bought exact same thing in chrome for half price but I just didnt want to have any problems. Why have a nice expensive ride with alot of cheap aftermarket stuff that looks like its not, thats just my theory.

I bought this thing with those TV's in it already. As you can see on the pictures where the dvd player is located. I dvd for both screens. By the navi unit is the ON/Off button for the Screens. It has Farenheit screens and dvd player. I really dont know if its any good or not or how much its runs but it works and its nice to have. It has wireless headphones and they just lay in the armrest compartment that drops down in the rear.

I bought the car with the Tv's installed so I dont know how much it cost them.

I still want to see a pic with a headrest up, are the wires hanging out?

IMO, id put the DVD player in the back seat behind the center console if you could. ive seen a few 7 series's hooked up that way and looks nice.

The install looks clean. I did put the headrests up before and there are no wires hangin out anywhere. I also looked under the seats and I did not see any aftermarket wiring or something that looks sloppy. However there should be some wires goin to the dvd player and the on/off button all the way by the navi screen. I dnt know but who ever installed it in my car before must of invested a few dollard to get it done right.
