Feel it to see if it's on. it should be off. if it's on, then that's why you have the lean faults. the misfire is something else I'm guessing. |

Okay, slow down. What do you mean you changed plugs? (new ones, changed them around, what?) If you are adding variables then you aren't going to ever figure this out. In diagnostics you must change ONE thing at a time. If you change plugs AND move coils, you are doing it wrong. ONE thing at a time.

sorry i added new plugs (platnum 2's) and i changed the coils around 1 to 2 and 2 to 1... I started it up the car ran like ass the first couple of start up's, it died right away then held the gas pedal halfway and then it started running so i drove it for like 2 hours and then nothing went wrong...

sucking air
had similar issue. it was the small vacuum line hooked up to the air pump...look at the vacuum lines that run along your head from the back to the front and attach at the pump...there should be some rigid plastic line and a short rubber tube attaching it to the air pump...look for cracks and worn vacuum lines. could be it.

Not one to nit pick on small issues, but the problem you had no doubt stemmed from the 2 prong plugs. The OEM ones use 4, you need to stick with that. Probably the car had to learn how to run with a less efficient "burn" in the cylinders, I'd be putting the 4 pronged ones back in there if I were you.
