Shouldn't be in that wrong of a place at all
You have a E46 and being that the E46 M3 forum is pretty dead.
This is a good place to start. Sorry but I cannot help you with the reprogramming though.

Exactly what are you looking for your LCM to do that is "EU" ?

The biggest difference between EU and US is that the EU one has to have a manual knob or rheostat to adjust the pitch of the headlights where the US ones are either stationary or level automatically.

This switch is not present on your LCM so you will not have that function no matter what you do.

The word "there" can appear as a pronoun, as in “over there".

"Their" is a possessive pronoun. In a phrase like “Susan and Bill's car,” it could be used to to make a new phrase: “their car.”

”They're” is a contraction of “they are.”
“They are” should always be able to replace “they're.”

Extra credit: It's "I'm looking for an M3" not "I'm looking for a M3".

This is a good idea.
I like this thought.
I'd personally love to do that also.
But technically you don't need to reprogram anything to do that..

Well, that would definitely seem to be programmable, cause that's how mine work. With the switch in the Park or On position, only the "pinch" bulbs inside the high beam reflectors light up, the corners stay dark, same as the side markers. Only light up for the turn or hazard functions. Mexican Bimmers are EU.

That's the functional reason I'm contemplating getting LED Angel Eyes; give the front end more visibility when not engaging the HID/Xenon projectors or the foglamps.

There's a sponsor over at fanatics that was doing this. Search "corner delete." Check your local laws, here in Jersey I'm pretty sure you must have illuminated corners...don't know how it is down in Texas-town.

It's a US federal mandate on passenger vehicles produced after either 1970 or 1972, I forget which, by US DOT FVMSS #108.
