You probably got rip by not having premium package and got power seat. $2300 difference.

So in order words they probably make about $1500 extra on you... but is ok..

Be a bit more careful next time... Enjoy the ride tho!

only if they charged him for premium... the OP never suggested they did.

Good lesson that you don't sign anything unless you feel confident you got what you wanted and you know how much it should cost you. If you are in the dealership and are unsure it is too late, you need to go back home before you can come back to sign.

It was rude of them to present you with a vehicle other than the one you requested but you could have just walked away from it. A 328i with Premium and Alu is not that unusual a vehicle...I am sure you could have found plenty at other dealers.

Anyway, better learn the lesson early rather than late...hopefully the car will still be enjoyable for you and you'll get exactly what you want next time.

I'm confused. In your second post it says you wanted black leatherette with auto. You got this plus electric seats.
