cheap non m lip!!!!!

I was cleaning up my backyard today and saw my old bumper and got inspired to procrastinate the cleaning
of the backyard and took a trip to home depot dropped 12 bucks and got this!!!
VVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVV

it is ghetto
it is custom
but it looks clean for the lip part anyway, the zip ties are another story

here's the completed pics from tonight.

Im going to fit it to the car tommorow and see how it looks.

i ordered the licsence plate delete should get here midweek and im going to paint it tomorrow as well im reallllly contemplating what color to paint my contours as they have seen every curb in nyc i am heavy set on painting them. i want to do a crazy color that will stand out but look clean but then again my e36 is getting the panda treatment as i will paint all the unpainted trim a flat or semi gloss black any ideas besides colormatching the trim are welcome(even though you guys preach color matched trims + m3 bumpers i know im out of line)

First find the lip its brick siding from homedepot...

Then take off your bumper and put the lip on it and mark up the holes to it...

Take the lip off and drill the holes in your bumper I only used 7 bolts last time

I used screws with washers and nuts at the other side to hold it in place...

Then cut about half an inch on both sides after you bolt it on and enjoy...

That's the lip in my sig I think its hot

wait, what am i missing here....are you guys using hardscape edging for a lip??

i guess if it works out for you great. never would have thought about doing so, but now you realize that i have to at least take a look at what home depot has to offer...

maybe i could get some pedals in the lawn and garden section??

seriously, though, this is something i have got to go look at myself because i just think this is sooooo totaly nuts it might actually be sorta cool.
