Hi to everybody and thanks for having a site such as this with all the wonderful information. I am a new member. I am the owner of a 2003 530i and have put 95,000 fun drivened miles in the 3 years Ive owned it. One of my biggest concerns is whenever there is a heavy rainfall, my rear floor gets flooded? Any suggestions?

^ 1st3903 most likely the rubber trim around your door is loose. Use some 3m tape or glue to get it back up.
Welcome to the forum guys.

02 325 ci convertible for sale
bear with me please! I'm a newbie with basic computer skills. I own an 02 325 ci convertible with 54k miles on it. The car is in perfect shape, but we want to replace it with an all wheel drive something so my wife will feel better about driving in the winter to see our daughter and grandchildren in upstate new york. But first, a little history about the car. It was first leased by a guy who turned it in after 3 years. The dealer sold it to another buyer, who apparently had money problems after paying for it almost 3 years, and he reported it stolen to his insurance company. They paid him the full value , and as miracles really do happen, it was recovered! (I think it had a little time off in his mothers garage or something). The car ends up in the wholesale auction, where a small private dealer buys it, and I bought it from him. In New York (and 10 other states) there is no title catagory for stolen/ recovered cars. And since the insurance paid it completely off , it was concidered a "total loss" and branded with a "salvage/rebuilt" title!!!! NOT TRUE!!!
As we've been looking to buy something new, no dealer wants it for a trade-in. Does anyone know what this car is worth? Does anyone want to buy it? Make me an offer! |

Hi, After enjoying Jaguar, Mercedes cars, this is my first BMW (Z4 3.0i) and it is a lot of fun in the twisty mountain roads that we get to enjoy here in WNC. The Z4 goes thru tight curves with a lot less fuss than even a mid-engine sport car. Last car was a MR2 roadster just for recent comparision. Run-flat tires are an unknown factor to me, so wait and see.

After searching other blogs I finely found the solution here. My driver side rear window anti-trap had malfunctioned. It took a couple of attempts but I finally got it right. This is great! I'll be back soon. Thank You All.

Hello from Las Vegas
I don't own a BMW as of yet but I'm considering a pristine 1998 750il with 126k miles. I was hoping to get some pros and cons remarks on this beauty before I purchase it tomorrow. I'm purely going by the stylings ofvthe car. I found myself drawn to the E38 a few years ago but stuck by my Benz. I do realize that the upkeep can get expensive but I'm willing to give it a go. I will post pics later as I can't from my iPad.

Hi all, after many years in the wilderness I returned to the BMW camp with a 2002 330CI and things have changed..!!
Too many computers and dealers that are only interested in selling new cars, give you the cold shoulder when you try to get info on maintaining an older vehicle..Now it is all coming back why I left the camp in 1990 after owning over 15 BMW's, starting with a 72,2002.. On the other hand I also forgot the thrill of a proper handling machine !!! Thanks to this forum, it fills the information void..

Hello everyone. Dont know why I didnt join years ago. I am from Glasgow, Scotland and have driven BMWs for years. My frist BMW was an E34 525i and I currently own an E36 320i Coupe and an E39 528i sport. I am an Aircraft Engineer and do all my own servicing and repairs mostly because I enjoy it but also because I dont want to line the pockets of the Stealers.
