What are the usual deals offered for last year models?

Could someone tell me, please, about the usual incentives that are offered to get rid of last year models when the new ones come? Are dealerships the ones taking the hit or those incentives are offered to them through factory or BMWNA? And also, would it happen in September or October for E90?

There is no usual with respect to incentives but, lease and finance rates until December are better on the outgoing year vs the new model year historically. You will come across the selection to choose from becoming more limited by the week (if not by the day) when Sept rolls along let alone Oct.
