Who gets the over-mileage fees on lease returns?
If you are a dealer, do you get to keep this, or is this simply a payment to BMWFS that the originating dealer doesn't get to participate in?

I presume that the dealer pays a lower price to BMWFS when they buy the over-mileage car versus what they would pay for one that isn't over mileage. So its not like the over-mileage payment is a windfall to BMWFS.
