crank ventilation hoses

I repaced my crank ventilation hoses and cleared the check engine light.After 100 km the check engine light came back I used innova obd2 reader and read the same code, Fuel trim adaptation additive low bank 1 an 2. Just wandering if I did not use the code reader properly.I erased the codes from the reader and check engine light was gone.Is ther more to it? Thanks
