Interesting Topic. I Wonder If This Is Why I Get So Many "Pop" Alerts And Laser Hits With Seemingly No Popo Around....

If it does set off the radar detector is it only when your using active cruise control? Or all the time like the Mercedes. Any help would be appreciated
You can forget the Valentine One.... The Escort 9500 works great in the car but is not as good as the V1...

I wonder how these false alarms caused by the advanced radar and bmw safety feature set impact police attempting to read a vehicles speed? Obviously, laser wouldn't be be impacted but regular radar in certain frequencies might, maybe the big 7 acts as a radar jammer in some situations

ACC Malfunction

Since I've bought the car (second owner and out of contract) the ACC has never worked, kinda frustrating to have such a great feature but doesn't work.

Last week I had a major repair done and had all the errors reset and voila, the ACC started to work, it worked fine for 3 days and then again i get the same error. The replacement is just a bit steep at $3000. So far the only eye soar.

Wondering if the error can be suppressed or ignored for it to continue to work. Or a way to reset the log without having to cut a trip to the workshop.
