Rear Floor Mat

Shopping for floor mat for the back of the X3. Mainly need it for transporting dog to the beach. I know we don't want the big set up that goes up the sides and has the lip that goes over the bumper so we are looking at the non-skid cargo mat (82 12 9 413 180) or the fitted carpet mat (82 11 0 306 546.) Is the non-skid one all rubber or does it have a carpeted surface on top?

I use a standard 3x5 foot door mat that I got at Home Depot for $17. Made of rubber with a carpet-like surface. Fits really well. Folds over on itself when the back seat is up. Hang it over the rear bumper when loading and unloading Fido

82 11 0 305 078 It's all rubber. Fits well and covers the entire cargo area. Worth the money.
