steering wheel & car shakes when turning slight right.

A problem I've recently noticed in my car is that the whole car and steering wheel shakes when I turn slight right (i.e. when the road curves a bit, sometimes I notice it when I change lanes). This does not happen when I do a complete right turn or if I turn the steering wheel past a certain angle. Any ideas why this might be happening? What should I check for?

P.S.
I've had a flat and have my spared running on my my rear right for the past week and a half. Haven't gotten around to fixing it yet but should be doing it tomorrow or so.

Is your car an XI four wheel drive by any chance?

Oh and if that spare tire is smaller than the others that could affect your cars handling ALOT. Your not supposed to drive spares around past 20-50 miles to get to a station Ive been told.

Goodluck

Yes it is an xi, and my spare is the exact same size as my other wheels. The only difference between my regular wheels and my spare is the tires (brand, tread left etc..)
But would this cause my car to shake while steering slight right and only right?

My first guess would be that the CV joint is toast in one of your front half-shafts. Have you had a clicking sound when turning right at low speed? Hss one of your boots torn?

I apologize, this happens when I turn LEFT, not right. I do not hear any sound at all when I turning in any directions, The car and steering wheel just shakes considerably when the road curves left a bit. After my steering wheel is turn past a certain point the shaking goes away. I do not think any of my boots have torn, but i will check and let you guys know if it did.
