2005 X5 - Navigation system DVD (2009)

Will a 2005 X5 NAV system support BMW Navigation (North America) 2009.1 with red light and speed cams DVD?

Pls. let me know if the DVD player's firmware needs to be updated in order to be able to read the latest DVD.

I seem to get this error when I put the disk in

"Incorrect CD/DVD in navigation computer. Pls. insert appropriate CD/DVD".

Tried to flash the drive to V32 yesterday. Now settings shows

SW 4-1/100 but, still no dice..
