2010 mini cooper with face lift

Would any one have any details, pics on Mini and Mini S face lifted for 2010?
Any info on 2010 pricing, whole sale, packages, lease rates, any new features or colors?

Btw when will 2010 go into production and when expected in show rooms?

For the UK market the change appears to already have happened. I just looked. The 75HP MINI First is on the website, you can't order a yellow Cooper Hatch and Harmon Kardon HiFi option returns. Prices are about the same for the UK.

I'm not sure what the changes are going to be for the US market but the UK market changes are minor. For example you used to be able to get sport seats in Cosmos cloth but now you have to take half-leather seats.


There are several new models on the way but dates have not be announced.

Edit: I just had quick look at miniusa.com. Mellow Yellow is still on there and they show HiFi not Harmon/Kardon. Guess you can look at the UK site for an approximate preview. Options packages here are different though.

Where did you hear there would be a facelift for 2010? AFAIK that is not happening.

There are three new models on the way as well as the MINI First. The Coupe and Roadster have been shown and might be out sometime next year. The First is on the UK website. I doubt the US will get the First.

When the updated cars will be released is still anyone's guess but given the fact Mini will be celebrating its 50th anniversary this August there's a good chance these could be a range of new special edition models and not a full-blow facelift. There's also the fact that Mini only launched the Mark II Cabrio last November and the new Clubman One model in January so it's unlikely we'll see facelifted versions of these cars anytime soon.

The 2010s are out in the UK without that front bumper. Didn't go on the First either. The 50th Anniversary edition came out with the JCW bumper. JCW front is on the Coupe and Roadster concept cars too.

There is nothing unusual on that "spy photo." Bumper and sideskirts look to be the factory Aero kit (which also comes with painted arches in the US.) 2010's are here now and other than a few option changes are not different from '09's.

The facelift will be for the 2011 model year, we should see pictures early next year.
