Mein Auto: bmw 740il

Where do I look?

I have a 1999 740il and the ses light came on. I checked and it coded 170 and 173 (fuel trim malfunction) Is it possible both sensors went out at the same time or do I need to check for something else? I replaced the MAF not too long ago.
