No air or heat blowing thru the vents
I have a 97' E38. This past Saturday my A.C. stoppped working, I took it to Goodyear thinking that it was a recharge issue. To my surprise it was not. They made the suggestion of it being the blower motor. I found some DIY guidelines on E38.org and Im ready to tear apart the dash board and replace it. Before I get started, does anyone have any other suggestions?
Thanks James |

The E39 FSU is easy to reach, but the E38's system is different.
It has a "blower control module" instead: LINK |

Replace the electronic heater valve which is in the area of the under bonnet bulkhead, This is a common problem.
