CarQuest has Valvoline Synthetic Oil $4.99/qt

I was over CarQuest today and saw:
CarQuest Synthetic Oil 5W30 and aksed them who makes it for CarQuest.
They say Valvoline for sure but CarQuest is not allowed to publicize it.

So:
CarQuest Synthetic Oil 5W30 $4.99/qt
Valvoline Synthetic Oil 5W30 $7.50/qt (same bottle, just a brand name on it).

Does it have BMW LL-01 rating printed on the label? If it doesn't I won't put it in my engine. Trying to save $1 per quart of oil, for a car that (originally) cost $60,000 is false economy.

+1. I have seen the Valvoline Synpower 5w-30 in the 5 quart jugs at WalMart for $20. A literal bargain. It meets both the BMW LL01 and LL04 specifications. BMW specifically recommends it as meeting the LL04 spec and is on there list. Here is the specs from Valvoline, confirming it:

http://www.valvoline.com/pdf/SynPower.pdf

Curiously, the bottles do not mention that Synpower 5w-30 meets LL01 or LL04.
