2007 X3 Expiring

I have a 2007 X3 with 30k miles. I would like to buy the car but the dealers are asking more than a comparable car on Yahoo. Any suggestions on what the market for a CPO should be?

2007 CPO with 30k miles with a fair amount of equipment would be in the $27k-$29k range most likely.

Seems a bit high to me, but then maybe cars are cheaper out here on the Left Coast. I would think about $24K tops would be a decent price to you for a lease return. Remember the dealer does not set the price it is the leasing company (BMWNAFS). The other thing to consider is the transmission problems of many '07's. If you have driven yours with no problems (and you still want it) then it might be useful to keep it rather than rolling the dice again and taking a chance on another '07. That would be worth at least $2K to me.
